This module provides:

- Per-app linting configuration via stackpanel.apps.*.linting.oxlint
- Config file generation (.oxlintrc.json)
- Shell scripts (lint, lint-fix, lint-<app>)
- Git hooks integration (pre-commit linting)
- Health checks
- UI panel for lint status

Usage
